Launching Avery Outdoors Memphis Youth Archery League!

Welcome to the home of the Avery Outdoors Memphis Youth Archery League!  We are very excited to get our 2015-2016 season underway this fall.

Leagues will get underway in August with a 3-week refresher league only for returning students.  Our official season opens for all students in September 2015 and runs through April 2016.

This year holds some exciting new opportunities for us in our affiliation with Avery Outdoors, including indoor paper target practice, indoor 2-D target and 3-D target practice and as well as some field archery next spring.  We'll also have some concentrated practice for indoor and outdoor tournaments for those who choose to participate.

These leagues are not affiliated with the MHEA Archery Leagues and MHEA membership IS NOT required to participate in these leagues.

If you look to the right on this page, you'll see our 2015-2016 Parent Information Sheet which has all the information you need to know about the leagues this season.  It has the dates, costs, requirements, etc. and will be updated as needed throughout the season.  ALL PARTICIPATING FAMILIES ARE REQUIRED TO REVIEW THE PARENT INFORMATION SHEET.

ALL STUDENTS, Returning or New, need to complete the Registration Form that can be found on the right-hand side of this page if you would like to reserve a place in this year's archery league. Space is strictly limited to 48 archers this season, and spots will fill quickly. Now is the time to register if you know your student plans to participate.

If you have not participated with Coach Paulette for archery before and are interested in joining us this year for the first time, in addition to completing the Registration Form, it is mandatory that you also sign up for our 1st Safety Class that will be held on Saturday, August 29th from 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM.  All students participating in league must take a one-time safety class from Coach Paulette before joining leagues.

Participation in our leagues does not require that you already own a bow - we do have bows for rent during leagues and we can work with you to ensure you get just the right equipment for your archer should you decide to continue forward with a bow purchase.
